This week the Saints stay on top despite an interesting twist:

2 Packers (4) 217 3
3 Patriots 206 9
4 Ravens 203 5
5 Colts 189 2
6 Texans 182 13
7 Steelers 175 14
8 Vikings 172 6
9 Cowboys 162 4
10 Titans 158 18
11 Jets 155 8
12 Giants 153 17
13 Chargers 145 7
14 Dolphins 130 12
15 Falcons 129 10
16 Bengals 125 11
17 Redskins 120 19
18 Eagles 105 15
19 Cardinals 90 20
20 Jaguars 86 24
21 Bears 85 22
22 Seahawks 84 25

28 Buccaneers 42 30
29 Raiders 33 29
30 Browns 21 26
31 Rams 18 32
32 Bills 9 31

Even though the Packers had 4 first-place votes, they did not place well enough in the other 3 rankings to take the top spot from the Saints. The Colts only fell 3 spots, while the Patriots moved up 6 spots. The Texans and Steelers are new entries into the top 10, as are the Titans, who round it out.

High Risers:

Titans 8
Steelers 7
Texans 7
Patriots 6

Low Fallers:

49ers -8
Cowboys -5
Falcons -5
Bengals -5
